I think the organs of the human body are capable of self regeneration. Therefore, progressive feminine shape alterations is more about senensis than pregnancy and paturation !

Dieting , to avoid excessive consumption of carbos and ingestion of necessarily proteinous fibers like elastin could keep your shape at top notch even after several pregnancies .
