Chronic Sneezing with Runny Nose :: What are the Causes ???

My nostrils itches and flows with light fluids , like open cistern frequently! Regular dose of antibiotics and anti histamine has helped , but not curative .

What's the Main culprit behind the this symptoms???

Can it be cured permanently??
