We all know healthy food is the most important followed by exercise and happiness.

You are absolutely right. In fact there is a fringe group of doctors, who don't follow the mainstream thinking, that says diet contributes to 80% of our health and all other factors combined 20%. Many people who follow this regiment report that they have gone off blood pressure, cholesterol and diabetes medications even in their old age and even after having been on them for decades. You have to try it to believe it.
