Thursday’s are for shoutouts!!!! Wow… this is my first shoutout for promo steem, and it was indeed a nice one
We were supposed to do one last week but due to some unforeseen circumstances, we couldn’t, but this week’s Thursday, we took the bull by its horns.

My sincere apologies, I was supposed to make this post earlier than now but I had a lot going on in my life at the same time, but I assured my self that I MUST make this post before the next shout out, and here it is

So on Thursday ( 07/10/2021) , I (@tripplem) @ladyofpolicy and @marmasworld stormed the campus, we went to the female hostel 1 where we promoted steem. Hotel 1 is the Babylon hostel Which is the oldest hostel in Michael Okpara University of Agriculture Umudike. We chose the university because we live around there and the university is a student area plus students are our target audience because they are more engaged with their phones.

So We stood at the enterance of the hostel since we couldn’t gain Acess into the hostel, then we approached the students as they go in or out of the hostel.

We chose that hostel because it I always active . It is the oldest hostel is students are always going in or out, so we decided to take the Promo steem activities to them. And that was exactly what we did.

MY PERSONAL EFFORT

We got to the location, and strategically positioned ourselves and got ready to execute our promotion. We kick started, I met a few students and introduced them to steemit. As usual, some did not give us listening ears while some did , others didn’t allow us to take pictures with them and some did. But nevertheless we made impact

It was a memorable thursday shoutout for me because it was my first and I also had a great team.
