A steemean friend, @teukuipul87 again posted a learn with steem activity as well as basic guidance to a novice steemean named @siandi which took place after the midday prayer at the mosque and at the office where Bilal Mosque lives in our village, Nisam District, North Aceh Regency. Again I'm posting this through the great community @PromoSteem

@siandi was one of my students when I was in elementary education. Now he has joined us on the #steemit platform about a few weeks ago. Therefore he really needs a lot of guidance and direction in making each post and various other things about how to #steemit good and right.

After the dhuhur prayer that we did at our village mosque, @siandi met me for a moment while expressing his problem with starting #steemit now, but because steemean is a beginner, he also lacks knowledge in the world of #steemit and its current development.

I also tried to invite him to chat further about it in the mosque office where Bilal lives, where Bilal is my best friend and I even invited him to #steemit a few times some time ago.

@siandi also started asking me about which community received the most support for each post that we presented. Regarding this, I answered that currently there are many communities on the #steemit platform that support and provide value for our posts. However, it is not possible for every post that we provide to receive support on a regular basis. Because it's the right of admins and moderators to give us upvotes. At least we have to support the community by delegating steem power as best we can.

Since @siandi just joined us in #steemit, so it's impossible to delegate his steem power at this time, even his current steem power is only enough to be able to make posts and give a few comments. But I told him to focus on collecting steem power first.

Then I opened my laptop and showed the posts that I present every day in several #steemit communities, in the hope that he knows more about what kind of posts we should present in each community on #steemit.

I also explained about #club5050 and so on. Because currently the community only gives votes and support to accounts that join the club. But for novice steemeans it is likely that they will get support from the community, admin and other steemean friends even though it is not routine every day.

From 13:00 to 14 more than 30 minutes West Indonesia Time or about 1 hour more I gave him input and directions even though there were other things he didn't understand. But he will always ask and learn from the senior steemeans.

Friends of @PromoSteem that's our short lear with steem on this occasion, hopefully it will be of benefit to me personally as well as to all my readers. It should also be a consideration for the #steemit team as well as the community to support and give the best advice to me as a steemean who still really needs direction and guidance.
