I got to talk to some student who loves to read and write and also they are ready to learn new things. I also encouraged them to find their specific niche in other be frustrated by doing what others are doing.

I collected their numbers to train them on how to go about the platform and letting them know that we need more than one reason to post continuously so that they will still stay even they earn nothing. And to encourage them to be passionate about it because they might be disappointed there is no passion driving them.
