In our desire to build a team and a community that can support quality bloggers, we set up a weekly touch base to keep track of our plans and progress. We may have been very preoccupied with our individual careers outside of this platform, we cannot afford to lose a chance to improve our plans and goals for our community launching soon.

Yes, you read it right! We will be launching a community that will help and educate new and old bloggers on the importance of investing in Steem and powering up their accounts.

How will we start it?

This is indeed a big question but we believe in teamwork and dedication. We will start it by educating users about the logic behind Steemit giving emphasis on the impact on investing vs. just merely exchanging SBD for cash.

How else can we encourage them to join and earn?

Well, in some of the articles I have read it is mentioned that this platform does not only reward you for your quality posts but can also become your business. This is by far the best business anyone can have. Why?

This does not require tangible assets.
You can keep track of any transaction you can do within and outside the platform.
You can work anytime at your convenience.
You need not report to a manager or a boss
You can easily manage your account anytime and anywhere.
You can earn without feeling like you are working.
You can freely interact with people and get tips from them on how to improve your business.

Those are just a few I have in mind. I know there are still a lot of reasons for us to join and make Steemit a business.

How can we encourage people to invest and power up?

We have different reasons for signing up in Steemit but undeniably, a higher percentage of users' purpose is to earn. That reason is 100% valid as everyone needs to earn a living to survive. However, if you are someone who thinks about something bigger and long-term, you will not just focus on earning. Every ecosystem requires balance to last so if you earned here and exchanged SBD for cash, it is imperative that we also need to put something in and invest. That way, we can keep the cycle moving. That for sure will make us all happy.

Here, we have explored on Bittrex a bit on how we can take advantage of it in our plans of powering up. Thanks to our pro friend @jenesa for the tutorial online.

We have a number of plans set to promote Steemit and rightfully educate users to keep the balance in this platform. I just hope by the time we get to establish everything, we will be able to get support to be able to also support others. Yes, this is a give-and-take process. That is crucial to be successful in this kind of platform. More of our plans and promotion on our next blogs.
