Big Tree The Shelter Of The Great Man

Good night all... how are you guys today, hopefully healthy.

In this post I will discuss a little about the Steemit community that is growing so fast, without thinking about how new players will grow together without having to beg, let's think about new players on @steemit , who have just registered for only 14 days, are no longer active, why? can anyone answer that?

Let's think about how new users will grow together, there must be someone who welcomes new guests or new users, so they are often active on @steemit and will leave other social media like Facebook, if no one cares about their guests. will go because they think here is only for big people or people who have been in Steemit for a long time.

In all seriousness, I kind of hate this post and at the same time suck enough that these things need to be addressed to begin with.

In a perfect world, some he creates content, some he curates content, some he does both. There's nothing wrong with self-voting, but if you do it too often, you're not making it fair for other people to also receive multiple awards for their content.

Now let's talk about selecting friends. This is your bet, you have to do whatever you want, upvote whoever you are, a lot of people barely even have time to find 10 upvotes, posts to manually curate.

We all have 10x 100% of the votes per 24 hours give or take. Positive votes are a great tool for making the hive a great place, not everyone has the time to curate and find new people to reward, so many can delegate which of their positive votes in return for returns and knowing what it will be used for which they don't. If you don't have the time, it's perfectly natural for content creators and influencers to have other things to do. Things that people love to do, and might think they're a genius for knowing but in the end it's only up to 10x the vote alone.

Thank you for reading and to everyone who has set a great example of how to use @steemit properly without trying to cut corners or devise schemes to enrich yourself at the expense of others.

10 votes per day isn't a lot and if you have girlfriends, family members, and other friends on @steemit, it's okay to continue supporting them with your voice. Back then, however, is if the only reason you support them is in exchange for a return vote.

Why is this bad? Now, this centralizes upvotemana so that everyone just chooses themselves all the time. While some of you may receive 50% curation share + some gift posts from followers, friends, curation projects, other connections, these guys technically only handpick 10x per day regardless of others not in the group.

I am very grateful if you will listen to my thoughts on this matter.
