But I want to join with writing quality promotional content. Promote steemit making flyers or videos and share on other social media.
I choose Instagram in your provided form because there only two options Instagram or YouTube. So that is why I choose Instagram to submit the form.
If i can't choose any option then I can't submit the form.

Yes, but sorry you don't qualify for this list. You can share quality posts in the community and also include promotional activities. But you can't join the influencer program yet.
