I believe the most important is to make it easy to use. Maybe separate groups for different countries or system of hashtags to avoid scrolling all the group when searching for the offer from specific city.
I can see now it's based on hashtags sellforsteem and country and probably at first it's a good idea. Later, when there will be more products from the same country, it would need some extra organization :)

I am welcoming all country Representatives to join us there and we could make an easy process for the sellers and buyers.
The core idea is to keep everything over steemit.com so that the posts and the engagement increases. There have also been ways designed to minimize scams. Some exchanges have already taken place in the community and there are still orders going on.
I want to share this stage with the Country Representatives, obviously if they want.
