STEEM PROMO ON THE STREETS : HAD A GREAT DIALOG WITH THIS YOUNG TRADER ABOUT THE STEEMIT BLOCKCHAIN

Greetings everyone,

I am delighted to have participated in another promotional exercise involving a gentleman I came across while on the streets. It was very interesting speaking to this young man called Joel after I found out he has some decent amount of knowledge on blockchain and cryptocurrency. Usually, most people I come across do not actually have any such knowledge which is why I was happy to hear what he knew.

I instantly had the impression that he would make a great steemian and would like to be on a platform like this. He even works with one of the credit unions here so has a good understanding about trading. I then showed him how to access the platform on his phone and started taking him through a few basics of steemit. He was quite fascinated by the nature of the platform and some of the communities he could join here on steemit.

When we introduce newbies on board, it is important to make them aware that they should take the platform seriously and make it an everyday thing. This is the only way they can become successful steemians. However, if you treat it anyhow you want, you would get a similar response in return.

I therefore gave him the flyer which has the instructions on how to get started on steemit and then exchanged contacts with him. With the positive mindset and energy that Joel exhibited, I am sure he will be just fine with us here.

I am glad to be doing this promo exercise on the streets since it always brings a good amount of excitement to the promoter for spreading the word and bringing steem to the masses.
