Greetings everyone,

Today we were able to host a very successful virtual conference on zoom themed "Know Your Long Term Goal On The Steemit Ecosystem". This is because, we want to give proper guidance to our steemians to know how to set goals and target in order to become effective steemians on the platform.

The meeting commenced with a warm welcome to our steemians and some exchange of pleasantries. It was good to see a diverse number of individuals coming from different parts of the country (4 regions to be precise i.e Greater Accra, Ashanti Region, Savannah Region & Upper East Region).

It was a pleasure to have in our midst steemians such as @nattybongo, @collinz, @magcarnie, @roma078, @farhmade, @marwone, @governor01, @sparta5005, @tymes2, @chinto1, @abu78, @kofipascal, @nanagyei, @chenty, @rubilu123, @abenad, We touched on several salient points which would be elaborated below.

We spoke about the essence of starting great projects on steemit such as the bettervision, campusconnectgh, ghanacare and the lumier media project which seeks to either help bring steem to the masses, run promo activities or to help organize charitable events from time to time.

If we get teams who are working together to achieve a common goal, they will be focused and driven at all times, thereby boosting their level of activeness.

Members were also encouraged to be unique on steemit. This is how they add great value to themselves and the steemit ecosystem. This is because, if we start doing something that is attributed solely to us, we are able to get further than simply going with the flow. That should be the focus of every steemian.

Another thing we highlighted on was staying active on steemit and engaging people in the comment section. That way, we are able to build healthy relationships on steeemit, grow our fanbase and reputation as well.

Writing posts of good quality, avoiding plagiarism and deception are all part of the things we elaborated on. These were touched on in depth and great detail. Members were also encouraged to do active power ups to be able to help our communities become self sufficient.

I was really happy with the zeal and the enthusiasm with which members participated in this conference. I hope we can do more soon.
