The realization of the event took place in the city where I live; Dairy State Anzoátegui - Venezuela, specifically in the Café and mini market "La 5ta", with a total of 7 participants, who enthusiastically arrived at the place at the stipulated time, 3:00 pm and we were there until 4:30pm, all complying with the respective biosafety standards.

We started by introducing ourselves and talking about each one's profession, to create an environment of trust and that they could feel free to interact.

After the presentation, we started with the induction talking about the Steemit blockchain, what it consists of, how to register, how to manage it, platform communities, Steem and SBD as cryptocurrency, wallet and Newcomers, original content and plagiarism

The profession or trades of each of these women caught my attention: we had the presence of an administrator, entrepreneurs, artisans, cooks, etc. And what I liked the most is that I introduced them to the different communities that exist on the platform, where each of these girls can express their talents and boost their businesses.

Impressed and very encouraged by this open door to their talents; because they never imagined that there could be a social network where they could create, interact, vote and be rewarded, where the only thing to invest is time and love.

I am very grateful first of all to God who is my source of life, but I am also grateful to @oscarcc89 and his promotional program @steem.meetups for the support, trust and sponsorship to make this event possible.

I thank my VIP guest @gensequini and @alannaycrist03 who complemented the induction with their experience on the platform, clarifying doubts regarding delegations, club 50,75,100, power up, formats to publish quality content, community for entrepreneurs @BusinessActivity.

They are the managers and baristas of the Café and mini market "La 5ta", who offered us a quality service, preparing a comfortable and ideal environment for the meetup, delighting us with a delicious coffee and cookies at the end.

Without a doubt, it was a team effort, and I feel very satisfied and happy to have organized this induction, which was beneficial for everyone and I am sure that our beloved Steemit platform will continue to spread to the last corner of the world, like a vitamin for the professional development of many.
