Creating Steem Awareness on Knust Campus - A campusconnect event (Flyers and Promosteem T-shirt Distribution and a Learning Opportunity )

Steem awareness creation is as key to promotional activities as much as we sign others up and guide them on their journey on the blockchain. When people do not learn right they tend to not do it right and when things are not done right a lot of bad things also tend to happen. For instance i noticed as a moderator for both Steem-Ghana that lots of people who are found plagiarizing either did not take time to learn by doing their achievement tasks or were not mentored by anyone when they joined.

We the promoters in Ghana seek to do things right, we want to ensure that individuals who come onboard are curious enough to want to learn things the right way and do things the right way that way they can be mentored properly and made to add value to our communities whichever or wherever they may find themselves. And so for this reason we have a meetup on Knust Campus come this 12th June where we would seek to create awareness on steemit through flyers distribution and with the use of promosteem t-shirt.

We plan to tell people about steemit, enlighten them, teach them and signup those who would be curious enough and show willingness to learn and be active on the blockchain. We are targeting students now because we noticed they are quick in getting themselves abreast with the ways of steem and most often than not tend to have some knowledge on cryptocurrency. They also quite open minded and would probably not think we are about scamming instead of presenting a genuine opportunity to invest in their life.

However we seek to embark on more outreach programs in the near future and to spread the word of steem to deprived areas and regions hoping to change the lives of the few who may be able to enroll on the blockchain within such communities and hopefully add their quota to the blockchain as well as help them in supporting their community people in diverse ways too.

And so i would like to use this opportunity to invite Ghanaian steemians who may be available on the said date to please reach out to either myself or @mcsamm or @collinz so we can come together and get the work done for i believe in team work and team effort and it is team work which actually makes the dream work.
