MEET UP FOR STEEMIT PROMOTION AND COMMUNITY GROWTH

"TEAMWORK THE KEY INGREDIENT FOR COMMUNITY GROWTH"

Good day everyone. Hope you're doing fine and in good health. Me and my co-steemians @gingfriend20ph, @sweetnaomi05 and @remay planned to have our first meet up and it happened last Saturday, May 8, 2021 since it's the only day we are all free from work. We came up with this idea because each of us didn't have a proper discusion and learnings about the new ways or new rules of what every community has. About what and where to post. And for this we were able to helped @sweetnaomi05 and @remay on other ways on posting especially in arranging photos that they uploaded to their post.

In our first meet up we discussed lot of things about steemit like
teaching, teamwork, promotion and invest.

TEACHING

• Basic markdown styling or symbols.
• How to create a quality content and where to post.
• Correct tagging
• No plagiarism
  

TEAMWORK

• Creating a teamwork for it is the key for community growth.
• Encourage and lift up the spirit of every members by resteeming, upvoting and communication.
• Encourage not to surrender if ever some post don't have votes.

PROMOTION

• We have discussed also to invite and introduce Steemit to our friends, co-workers, relatives and others and also by sharing through social media like facebook, instgram and twitter.
• For additional promotion of Steemit Platform to our community, we have decided to have our own t-shirt.
• This is the design that we have agreed. As attach rough sketch we put POST, ENGAGE, EARN AND INVEST.

INVEST

• As what we have include in our t-shirt design INVEST. We agreed to slowly invest our earnings to power up. I know most of us are posting just to earn, we didn't know that by making this we made the platform to die down in the future.
• If we have bigger SP we can help our fellow steemians grow also by means of upvoting their quality post.

We are planning to have our second meet up very soon with our friends, relatives, neighbors, active and non-active steemians, and others who are willing to learn, earn and invest. Looking forward to it.
