It has been a great initiative so far in Increasing the presence of the ladies on steemit. So far three zoom seminars has been held and the results has been amazing. This time around the seminar is focused on developing the ladies and increasing their knowledge on the blockchain in terms of steem promo, coaching newbies they Introduce as well as knowledge about crypto currencies.

Outcomes from the seminars held so far

• We have been able to create a group on WhatsApp for ladies in Ghana to aid them with their steem promo and other activities on the blockchain. So far we have 18 ladies in the group.

• The activeness of the ladies in Ghana have increased, some have also introduced their businesses on the blockchain

• Some ladies have been supported to get their steem promo t-shirts which has so far aided in promo.
