Promoting Steemit Through Steem Tech Club: Equipping Businesses With Basic Technology Needs And Signing Them Up On Steemit

The world is revolving around technology and hence there is a need for every individual and businesses to have some IT skills to keep them on track. Businesses are gradually shifting to digitalization where buying, selling , receipts and payments are being transacted online and it is necessary to equip them with all the knowledge they need to know about IT.

What is Steem Tech Club?

Steem Tech Club is an initiative under the Campus Connect Ghana where individuals especially business owners in Tertiary Institutions will be given the needed knowledge on some basic IT skills and also through that sign up businesses on steemit.

Who Are The Target For Steem Tech Club?
The target group for Steem Tech Club will be mainly females who have businesses campuses but the males can also partake. We’ve realized that a lot of females on campuses own businesses and this is a very great opportunity to impact into them and also sign them up as investors on steemit. This will also be tackling Sustainable Development 5, enhancing the presence of women on the blockchain will take care of gender equality.

What form will Steem Tech Club Take?
Steem Tech Club will be in a form of classes where we student tutors who will steemians then they teach on some basic IT skills(Microsoft Office, Programming etc) then through that we introduce steemit to them. After introducing steemit to them we will sign them up then guide them their achievement tasks and some basic know-how on the blockchain. This will go a long way to impact lives and then bring on board investors as well.

Awareness Creation and Publicity of Steem Tech Club

Awareness creation will mostly be done through sharing flyers and the nice aspect is we have steemians in Tertiary institutions so it will be easy for us to do the publicity there. Also we will share these flyers in class groups of various schools. We will also post these flyers on notice boards.
Through Campus Promotions we will also advertise this initiative so that people will know more about steem and the opportunities at hand.

Planning Towards The Commencement of Steem Tech Club

Plans are underway with the Campus Connect Team to ensure a successful commencement of the Steem Tech Club. We have on board @mcsamm, @massachusetts, @nattybongo, @magcarnie and other team members to ensure the success of this Steem Tech Club. We will be having a meeting to plan Steem Tech Club very well.
