Hello steem promoters, hope you are all doing good?
What steemit is, varies from person to person but i will try to explain what steemit is to my own knowledge.

LITTLE ABOUT STEEMIT
Steemit is a social media platform where people of different types post on topic of their interest. I might be interested in posting motivational talks, poetry or even story while you might be interested in posting about sports. Whatever you might ever thinknif in this world is what encompasses steemit. Tending towards a decade now that this platform has started operation, its registered members are millions of people and are doing pretty well.

You don't just post for fun on steemit just like other social media but also earn through posting on steemit. The steem power of the person/people that upvote your post will determine how much you will earn(in dollar) on your post. You will be rewarded with either steem or sbd and steem power.

ABOUT CAMPUS STEEM PROMOTION I EMBARKED ON
The gospel of steemit is what should be preached to the people especially the students in secondary schools and higher institutions. Due to this, i took up the challenge together with my team to carry out this huge task of steem promotion.

The aims and objectives of the vision is

• Global adoption of STEEM.
• Help the broke students.
• Distribution of STEEM globally.
• Bringing crypto to the knowledge of students.

We started our work by printing banners which describe our mission as steemians. The first institution we went is UNIVERSITY OF MEDICAL SCIENCES, ONDO.

We entered the school and spoke with some student representatives there present and the Dean of Students' Affairs. After our we made our intentions known to them, we were then given the chance to go round the school and speak with the students on campus.

We firstly speak to those present at the buttery before we start one-on-one chat with the students.

After the general talk on what steemit is all about and the benefits behind it, students started showing interest and we started registering those that are ready to take the bold step.

We are able to guide a good number of people in registration as well as necessary information that should be included in their introductory post. I also planned going to other institutions as time goes on.
