Steemgrowth: powering up 40 steem to have better steem power

Hello, Steemians! Greetings to you and welcome to my post today. I am so excited to have you here. In this post, I have shared a detailed account of the power up that I did today.

I am in Club75, and I don't like keeping liquid Steem on my Steemitwallet because I want my Steem power to grow. By the special grace of God, I have planned to celebrate three times as many dolphins before the end of May. In order for me to quickly achieve 3 x dolphins, I did a power up of 40 Steem.

Before the powerup, I had 29.35 STEEM, and after claiming my rewards of 23.817 STEEM, 37.232 STEEM POWER, and 13.213 TRX, my STEEM then rised to 53.345 STEEM and 10,604 STEEM POWER, which you can all see from the screenshot below.

In order for me to maintain my club75 status, I then power up 75% of the 53.34 STEEM and transfer 13 STEEM by going through the steps below.

Step1: I logged in to my wallet and claimed all my available rewards.

Step2: After I had claimed my rewards, I then clicked on STEEM, and a drop-down tab was shown to me.

Step3: At the drop-down tab, I clicked on "Power Up."

Step 4: I entered the amount of Steem (40 STEEM) before clicking on "Power Up."

As you can see from the screenshot above, my steem power has increased to 10,644.938 steem power.*

It is very good for us to keep on powering up our account and also invest more in our Steem power, as that is what gives us influence over post-payout decisions. Also, Steem power does not just give us influence over post-payout decisions; it is a mechanism that helps us earn more TRX.
