Learn With Steem this time we learned about how to exchange TRX to STEEM and Knowledge of Witness, this lesson also lasted for approximately 40 minutes before we boarded the rafting while waiting for our turn, in the gaps of time we ordered food and drinks according to our individual tastes. respectively. Because of this learning, I finally found out how to convert TRX(tron) to STEEM which we later used for PowerUp which I didn't know before. The market that I use is Upbit.com as a medium for converting TRX, my friend can download this application on the Google PlayStore for those who use Android and for Iphone you can download it on the App Store. Why Must Upbit? Why not Bittrex, Poloniex, Huobi? Because Upbit is one of the market exchanges that directly supports Rupiah. And for the process of sending TRX to Upbit, it's easier for us to use the Tronlink Pro application.

Then proceed with the second topic, namely About Witness, do you know what is Witness and what are the duties of a Witness. Maybe some of my fellow promoters already know about it, but I will explain a little bit of the knowledge I got in Week 4 of Learn With Steem about Witness.

Get to know the term Witness

Witness is an active Steemian who has an important role in the network on Steemit, especially in creating STEEM. Their role is like a miner in Bitcoin. On the Blockchain in STEEM requires a number of people who are willing to create blocks and use a consensus mechanism called delegated proof of stake or DPOS (Delegated Proof of Stake).

Duties of a Witness

Every Witness has been given a policy to monitor and be a witness in producing STEEM every second. Every 3 seconds it runs, about 1 block is created from witnesses who are chosen independently by the Steemit Team. The process to become a witness is not an easy matter, not only a good reputation and long experience but those who have whale power. I see a number of accounts that have become Witness have a very good reputation on Steemit. They are the whale powers. But we all have the opportunity to become a Witness if we are able to build a good reputation on Steemit in the future.
