Nice contest @msharif brother. Indeed you are giving a strong opportunity to recruiters maybe not everyone can handle this type of job.
But,
If you don't take it as cristism I will like to share my thoughts with you. Some of the rules in contest are very difficult to apply such as:

Resteem and upvote this post and invite 3 friends to participate

We all know this as a small priority, everyone can invite others but not every invited person will take part in contest firstly, and secondly there is no benefit to invite others to this type of entry post. (Maybe I am wrong)

Your post should not be shorter than 300 words.

This is very huge and being strict for recruiters. You know most of authors specially recruiters can't write this much length post. Because they have nothing to write as they share most of screenshots as the images, then what do they will write till their post meet this rule. (Correct me if I am wrong).
After all no matter, you are doing amazing job.
You Will happy to know I myself recruited a new user, through my Facebook promotional post. And today he successfully made first post on platform.
