A very warm Greetings to all my team mates and all my steem database members from me. This is your Faran Nabeel and today i will prepare my this week report for steem database community. In which i were tell you about my weekly work for this community and i will tell you about my promo activities and contest that i organized for our community members.

My this week experience was also very brilliant with my team and my community members. From my this week i learned some new things and see some beautiful posts on database community and now i share my this week summary of my work with my team an my members as well.

Posts On Community

This week i made my new post and celebrate my 4k steem power on this wonderful community. In which i share my wallet screenshots and my power up history. This week am very happy because this week i hit my first target that is achieve to 4000 steem power on this platform. It's really honor for me to achieve this goal. Inshallah in the end of this month i will try to hit my first dolphin on steem.

My Engagement With Community' Members

My dear friends engagement and interaction with our community members is very important because through we can guide and encourage our users about their work. And my dear friends i always engaged with my community members and interact with him through my comments. I make my reports in the comment section on member's posts and write observation on my member's posts. Here this week almost many post is checked by me. So, this week was good and full fill with enjoyment and working.

My Promo Steem Activities

Yes i always promote steemit platform with my friends and on my last week i guide my new friend cousin about that platform. And last my week i also invited my new friends on steemit platform. I guided him about steem platform and help him to create his account on steem as well. He is also submitted his achievement 1 on newcomers community and also got verification on steemit platform. Due to am busy on other communities so i didn't guide more new user about steem. But i will do that on my next week.

Verification & Guidance of Users Through Discord

Here am also working for this community behind steem as well and i did verification of our users on discord and guide him about that platform. In this week i verified one user who pending on our community but now she e did a good working on our community and create amazing posts for our users. And there many users have attached with me on my discord and Whatsapp.

My Voting CSI

Am also utilize my voting power to support my community members and am always maintain my voting power. I always try to increase my voting CSI ans not getting down from 80 %. During the review of member's posts i also voting on them and here you can check it my voting csi is upto 18 and i voted many accounts on my past 7 days.
