Chat a friend contest: promoting steem through social media platforms

Hey fellow steemians, I'm here once again to partake in the contest initiated by @mcsamm. I really commend him for the good work he's doing and urge him to keep it up.

So this contest is about introducing Steemit to family and friends or possibly anyone who looks interested.
I've actually had two people in mind for a long time since I joined ( and made my first payout to confirm it's validity). I've always wanted to introduce my elder siblings ( brother and sister). They're both working but who doesn't want extra earnings??

I just got home from school(hell 😑) and wanted to start this project right away. @mcsamm has even made it better by bringing forth this contest which I think will encourage other steemians to do same after they see the chats and promotions.

They're not home with me at the moment; they're out of town, working. So eventhough I've introduced Steemit to them , I want them to come home before I can assist them and take them through it thoroughly. I don't want them to make any mistakes, especially with the saving of their steemit keys.

So below are the chats I had with them; my sister first.

I almost discarded the idea of going further to explain to her because I didn't feel the enthusiasm and interest from the way she replied at first. But she obviously got interested later

And I got a friend too, Alfred. I introduced it to him some time ago. He feels a little reluctant just as I was when I got introduced. The only problem is he has hesitated to join for a very long time but I know everything takes time, he will surely sign up and I know he will be glad he made such a decision.

CONCLUSION
It's actually a pleasure for me to assist people like these to join Steemit. As it looks now, they haven't joined yet but it's a sure thing that they will especially, my bro and sis. I'll keep working on Alfred too(perhaps I should cash out and show it to him or refer him to someone who has done that). Right now, if he will join, it will be for the money. I'm totally cool with that because I know he will understand things better and be aware of the numerous gifts and other educational(or other) benefits that this platform has to offer when he does join.
