Something Is Better Than Nothing - Club5050 Initiative, Let's Embrace It

The recent Club5050 has resulted in a sharp increase in steem power growth as many users are now engaging in more power ups than before, but it has also resulted in a decline in user activity and engagement lately. Some were taken aback because it was announced in the middle of October, and backdating power ups from September to October will not appeal to many.

It is for this reason that there have been suggestions that it begins from November, which I also hope will happen. This, I believe, will also help us reactivate steemians who have been dormant for some time as a result of not qualifying for the #club5050 in November.

The initiative, on the other hand, encourages us to invest more, which I see as a long-term investment and insurance.

Those who believe it is too stringent or arrived unexpectedly should accept it as the new normal and embrace it wholeheartedly. Half of something is better than none, and in the case of #Club5050, 50 percent for yourself is better, just like the popular saying "Half a loaf is better than none."

Saving half of your payout to cushion you for more support is preferable than spending all of it to loose much more. In the end, whatever you have saved is still yours. #Club5050 is even better than the days when people use to engage in the services of bid bots and paid money to be voted.
