We Celebrated the Matrimony of Our Steemian Brother Today, Used the Opportunity to Promote Steem

Today has been a fantastic and eventful day. We had the honor of witnessing and supporting our brother @mcsamm's holy matrimony. The entire program began at 12 p.m. at the Old Tafo Methodist Church (dabanka Hall). Friends, family, and guests all showed up in large numbers to celebrate the occasion in style.
My Steemit friends @nattybongo @magcarnie @jeeandmee @odsam2 @anaman @banapat @earlito @yawgh and @awuahbenjamin were there to make the day special for our brother.

Thanks to them, our brother had a memorable day. When I arrived with @nattybongo and @anaman, the groom was already seated and the bridal procession had already taken place.
People were seen in their beautiful apparels seated in the hall patiently waiting for the moment when the couples will exchange their vows. The docration of flowers, the seating and the lighting all looked so great, it was a indeed an nice atmosphere.

After the sermon the couples were called to stand before the podium, this was the time to exchange their vows and profess their love for each other. After this, they were made to sign their marriage certificate and took photographs with friends, family and love ones.

We took advantage of this opportunity to introduce steem to the wedding guests. Our steem flyers were used for the promotion. The steemians I was with, including @magcarnie, @nattybongo, and others, were able to get people interested in steem and hand out flyers. At the gift table, we had already announced our presence as friends of the groom and co-steem promoters, so those we spoke to were raptly listening to learn more about Steem.

We had a great time at the event today; the wedding was similar to a Steem meetup in that it brought us together and we had a great time.I would like to express my gratitude to those who couldn't attend but supported us with their prayers and well wishes.
