A Two-Day Steem Street Campaign, Creating Steem Awareness in the City of Accra-Ghana

We are approaching a period when cryptocurrency will be a worldwide currency that many people will use to do business and invest in for good returns. Steem campaigns will assist in bringing steem to a wider audience. Steem is something that people from all walks of life should be aware of. This is why, as we push towards mass adoption, keeping steem promotions active is the smartest thing we can do.

To reach a lot of people with the Steem promo message I decided to get to the street with my steem shirt and flyer. This promotions was done in the city of Accra at Achimota and Asofan. The move was to talk people on the street and to distribute steem flyers especially to those who have no time to spare.This is how many Accra businesses market their products and services.

We help to spread the word about Steem and familiarise individuals with the brand name through flyer distribution and Steem talk. The first street campaign was held in Achimota, where I was able to speak with young individuals who have started their own businesses. One young man I encountered on the street had already established his mobile phone and accessories business and was making money from daily sales. He expressed an insterest in Steemit and had no idea that something comparable to Bitcoin could even power a social media platform.

DAY TWO

The second street campaign was also carried out in Asofan, which is adjacent to Achimota, where I met two young guys who have also established their own corn mill business, and for them, it was their first encounter with cryptocurrencies. I took my time explaining cryptocurrencies and Steem to them. They were amazed that no one had ever addressed it or heard anything about it in all this time. This prompted them to take the flyer and save my contact information in order to contact me for more information.

This campaign has made me understand how important it is to continue promoting steem. Many people are missing out on fantastic chances because they are unaware of them. Steem promotions play a significant role in exposing many individuals to the reality and opportunities that it brings. Let's continue Steeming!
