Official report on distribution of steem flyers on 19th June 2021 at KNUST & GCTU, Ghana.
This is the official report brought to you by @Mcsamm for the update of the just ended campus event which happened last weekend. It was basically based on the distribution of steem flyers at two universities here in Ghana simultaneously. The promotion of steemit as the main focus and objective of the CCG has taken a different level in making the presence of steem highly felt especially at the various campuses in Ghana.
The distribution of flyers was greatly influenced by the kind gesture that was rendered by promo steem official sponsor @stephenkendal who offered to support the CCG with 100 steem sponsorship. This sponsorship was given t support the printing of more steem flyers to be able to share on campuses through the CCG.
Let me express so much gratitude to all those who supported to ensure this day was more than successful. The directions of promo steem leader @arie.steem gave us a tremendous effort in carrying out this exercise. However, we simply cannot forget the daily support of @steemcurator01 in helping us to promote steemit. The various steemians and local promoters who actively got involved in this massive promotion on campus did us more good in the steem promotion. They are @mcsamm @nattybongo @collinz @magcarnie @stingo98 @kkorankye.
The preparation.
As indicated earlier, the CCG received 100 steem sponsorship from @stephenkendal to help in printing the steem flyers to do this distribution. The funds were sent to @mcsamm after which he transferred to CCG for withdrawal for the printing. Individuals and local steem promoters prepared themselves adequately.
In all, 50 steem flyers were printed to handle the day's activity. Two different universities were selected to handle the distribution on the same day. These were Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology(KNUST) in Kumasi, and Ghana Communications Technology University(GCTU) in Accra all in Ghana. The KNUST event had 5 members who made themselves available for the distribution whereas the other part of the event had only one person and the only lady who held the distribution from that end.

Below are scenes of the various moments when members were actively involved in sharing steem flyers at the various campuses. It was filled with so much fun and excitement in doing so. The meeting started at 2 pm in the afternoon and took about 2 hours for members to share all the printed flyers with students at the respective campuses.
Future plans.
The promo steem has made a great effort in making the steem promotion on campus an effective exercise to hold. The recent sponsorship provided by @stephenkendal has inspired local steem promoters to hold this exercise every fortnight. This means that, in a space of every two weeks, the CCG would want to highly engage steemians in Ghana in the distribution of steem flyers to get steem and steemit introduced to many students.
It is our utmost hope that all the various university campuses where CCG operates get involved in doing this. And then calling for massive attention to the steem blockchain will become the talk of the day. With the support from all steemians and sponsors, CCG will make the steem flyers distribution a sustainable activity to ensure steem hosts a series of campus activities and events to imparts many things in the lives of students.
