Hello my fellow promoters. How are we doing today? It is great to be with you once more. Steemit has opened a way that cuts across nationalities, borders, languages, etc.
It has become a way of life for me and so many Thursdays have a been a day selected in Uyo city for steemit promotion under the umbrella promosteem.

HOW WE DID IT

Although, I and @ngoenyi travelled, it did not stop us from the promotion. Basically, our promotional tool was our flyers, the T-shirts we were wearing and the face caps.

Like I said earlier, the T-shirts were single-handedly doing the promotion. Many persons on there own beckoned on us to explain more about what is written on the T-shirts.

One of them was a Safety Officer. When we started talking to him, he said we should explain it to the hearing of all. We explained about steemit and the officer got interested. We now sent some information to him, the FAQs, that would explain more things to him. We later exchanged contacts with him.

On the way, we also met and old friend and he became curious as well just by seeing the T-shirt we put on. We also took out time to explain steemit to him, thankfully, he has knowledge of cryptos and promised to chat us up for registration.

While still attending to the reason why we travelled, we met another longtime family friend. She has already been told about steemit, but this time, we made her to understand that her children in the University can perfectly engage in steemit and that it will be very useful to them.

Immediately, she gave us the son's phone number, and he was duly contacted. We took our time to explain what steemit is all about and later on @ngoenyi signed him up.

STEEM COIN AS A MEANS OF PAYMENT

I have been advocating using steem as a means of payment. Even during our weekly meetings, emphasis have been laid about it. This time, the tailor who sewed a cloth for me was paid with steem coin. It was seamless, straight-forward, without any stress.

It was simply amazing to other clients of his who was observing us, seeing me collect my cloth just by pay with steem coin. They now believed it is real.

Steem coin being used for transaction purposes is very realistic. I am already using it to transact businesses with fellow steemians.

I will continue to work on getting more persons in various works of life that will accept steem coin for whatever they do or offer
