[#club100] Powering Up And Contributing To Community Growth Through Delegation || By @b-naj

Steem greetings to you all. I am here again with yet another post for this community. I am glad to be contributor to #steemgrowth via community delegations and power ups.

Today, i received a total of 28.196 STEEM from last weeks activities, after previously receiving and powering up 20.325 STEEM rewards obtained within that week (here is the post). Initially i had 1,489.152 SP before the power up, and at the end of the power up, i had 1,517.348 SP, as shown in the screenshots below.

As always, i'll remind you all what an active club status is, and how you can attain it.
An active club status can be achieved when authors on the steemit blockchain decide to turn up at least 50% , or 75%, or 100% of their rewards, calculated within a period of 1 month (30 days), 2 months (60 days), and 3 months (90 days) respectively. This calculated period is carefully backdated from the present day, and as such can be referred to as the most recent months.

After powering up, i decided to do my bit to encourage the growth of this community by allocating 27.53% of my available SP. Now, i am a delegator of 100 SP to @steem-database

• Increase In Curation Rewards:
  Holding more Steem as SP means gaining an increase in curation rewards. It is highly advisable to always curate between 75% to 100% of voting manna, so as to maximize the curation rewards.

• Club Status Benefits:
  Joining a club status entails that you turn up STEEM regularly as SP. The club status program comes with so many benefits, which all rotates around encouraging all those that decide to hold STEEM as SP

• To Secure Assets:
  Storing up your STEEM assets as SP, better secures it from hackers and cyber criminals. There is a wait period of 30 days which a power down is to commence and break down the SP into STEEM, in quarters throughout 4 weeks (every 7 days). This gives you enough time to regain control of your account once more. But if it was kept as STEEM, your assets will be lost within a blink of an eye.

• Generate Profits On Steem Power:
  Turning up STEEM allocates a small % yield of profit on the said SP. It might not be much, but it is better than nothing.

• Adds STEEM Value:
  The more people hold onto any token for a while, the higher its value becomes in the crypto market. The STEEM token is definitely not an exemption. To hold SP via turning up STEEM contributes to #gteemgrowth.
