An Opportunity to learn And Adapt from Meetings ...Team Work and Volunteerism were the Theme For Discussion

Hello good evening, I had the opportunity to join the fourth virtual conference and want to take this opportunity to share to my friends what really transpired.

I remember one of my post I stressed on the importance of joining conferences or meetings.
I had a great time to learn from @njaywan who chaired the affairs of the meeting on Zoom. We touched on Team Work and Volunteerism.
He made emphasis on how best we can collaborate with each other to work for a common goal. he stressed that without team work our journey on steemit will be very difficult for us.
There is no way we are going to succeed without teaming up as a group and briing up ideas that will promote steemit to the highest.

he also touched on volunteerism which of course is very vital on steemit. Well one will say what do I even get from embarking on promotional campaigns, of course nothing, but the truth is if we don't avail ourselves, steem will continue to sink, because is through our promotional activities that will bring more investors on board, not only that but creative ideas and a lot of opportunities.
We must always be prepared to carry on the task of promotional and that is the work steemit deserves from us.
After deliberating on this he open the floor for questions and contributions,
@magcarnie gave out a very nice submission of which I really liked it. She touched on the fact that our promotional activities should be a result oriented, What she meant was getting entrepreneurs on board and if possible we should start doing business with steem ourselves.
She also made emphasis on our consistency on steem promo community in other for us to be selected for the monthly support program.

I also gave out a submission and admonished our newbies not to be discouraged by the current happenings on steemit but continue doing what their best and also stressed on the need of participating in contest.
All questions raised well dealt with by @njaywan and push for the closure of the meeting after every question was touched.

We had a very interactive session and we hope we will always get the chance to learn more from our able leaders.
