Greetings Great Steemians on @steem-family. I remain @young-ancient and I'm really excited about participating in this wonderful contest organised by @peachyladiva.

In every home, there is always a show which attracts the attention of most(if not all) the members of that home/family. The moments of watching such family shows are moments of love and togetherness and I am happy to share my best family show on @steem-family.

MY FAMILY BEST SHOW

The title of my family best show is WILDFLOWER. The movie is a Philippine revenge drama television series with 4 seasons.

Wildflower reflects the effects of poorly treating/nuturing a beautiful, tender flower which makes it WILD as it's grows. The story is all about a little smart girl, Lily Cruz, who once lived happily with her parents before a tradgedy befall her family. The tradgedy started when one of the members(Raul, Emilia's husband) of a rich political and influencial family( the Ardiente family) abuses her mother and while her dad, Dante Cruz(a lawyer), threatens to sue Raul, Emilia(Raul's wife) ordered for the wipe-out of the whole Cruz family.

Lily survived the tradgedy and was later adopted by a billionaire business woman, Prianka Aguas. Ms. Prianka gave Lily a new identity, Ivy Aguas and she also trained her to become a strong willed woman who can overcome anything. After Prianka's death, Lily returned to her hometown, poblacion Ardiente, as Ivy Aguas to avenge the death of her parents and everyone else who has been victimized by the ruthless Ardiente family.

Wildflower showcases revenge, action, political drama and feminism. My family loves the show because it's really interesting. My Dad loves it because of how well it's displayed the political drama (with it's ills in governance) and also the action aspect. The story line is captivating, we all love it here.

I personally love how it's displayed the courage of a completely broken woman (Prianka Aguas, who lost her daughter and husband) while training and raising a beautiful, tender and scared little girl to become an overcomer to all obstacles in her pursuit for justice. I also love the love story between Diego and Ivy/Lily and admire the total display of feminism.

LESSONS LEARNT FROM THE SHOW

Generally, there's alot to learn from a show like this one (Wildflower). One of the most important lessons is "the seeds we sow". It's common that what one sows he or she reaps the proceeds in due time. In the movie, wildflower, Lily with all the challenges and struggles, she succeeds at completely defeating and ruining the once perfect and rich family of Ardiente. The Ardiente's in the end do surely reap their proceeds from the seeds sowed.

Secondly, I learnt the importance of courage, choice and good personality in the life of a woman. I learnt that as a woman, one does not need to demand or beg for respect and honour for all that is earned simply by conduct. Such great attributes like courage, personality attracts respect for oneself as a woman in the community.

Again I learnt about the love, peace and togetherness of a family is worth more than anything else. For during challenging times, the memory of such wonderful moments keeps you stronger.
