Vegetables are good source of natural nutritions and anti-oxidants to save us from risk of illness. They are healthy too for boosting our immune system as well. They are good for kids too for living healthy life. So that's time, we have decided to share with you our participation with respect to cook lady finger. Which is highly recommended to add in meal for healthcare best intake too.
These beautiful girls not only actively participated to share thier innocent skills. And enjoyed their work. And decorated thier hands with the cutting caps of lady fingers. They are helping me to cook healthy dish and also enjoying the practical and healthy company of each other's. The recipe of lady finger is very easy.
We altogether cut the all necessary ingredients for cooking lady finger. In which tomato, onions and green chili is added. And some little spices are red chili, salt and then fired in oil. Added in all spices and cutting herbs. Mixed with each other's and steamed for half hour.
Beautiful girls have learning fruits and vegetables book. In which they recognized lady finger. And then we have decided to share our easy and healthy recipe with you.
