2 ounces of beef kikil
1 bunch of long beans.
5 pieces of cayenne pepper.
10 green chilies
2 tomatoes
2 cloves of garlic
4 cloves of red onion
200 ml thick coconut milk
enough oil for frying
Salt to taste
Let's cook:
For the first step I will cut the beef kikil first, then boil the beef kikil until it's really soft, remove and set aside.
After that, take a bunch of long beans and cut them according to your taste after everything is cut and then rinse using clean water.
After that I will slice all the ingredients such as shallots, garlic, green chilies, tomatoes and cayenne pepper.
Prepare a frying pan over a blazing stove then add enough cooking oil.
Saute all the ingredients until fragrant then add the long bean vegetables and beef kikil stir-fry until mixed for about five minutes.
After that add the thick coconut milk and cook until the vegetables and beef kikil are soft and slightly thickened, don't forget to add salt to taste.
After everything is cooked, take it out and serve it while it's still hot.
Stir-fried long bean beef kikil is ready

I don’t want to seem uneducated, but I still don’t understand what beef kikil is😅
I don't think so, it's a shame that beef kikil is a beef skin that has been slaughtered which we process by boiling it first which can then be cooked or stir-fried according to taste.
thank you for visiting I am very happy sorry for making you curious about my recipe greetings
