Hello everyone on @steemfamily and I wish to appreciate @uzma4882 for this great contest.

Having family fun this new year was one of the gatherings I was looking forward and I was so excited when it came to reality.

After new year thanksgiving in my church to show appreciation to God for bringing us into a new year, I went straight to the market to buy some offal to prepare a delicious pepper soup for us little gathering and throughout afternoon, I was cooking the meat because I wanted it to cook properly and soft and I achieved that.

So after I was done, I took my bath and headed to the venue of our gathering.
We choose a quiet and comfortable place with a lot of mango trees for shade.

So getting there, the soft music was playing and we started with opening prayers then I shared our soft drinks, wine and meats for everyone as we danced to the melody of the music.
We had a lot of fun together and everyone seems happy hence everyone will soon be returning back to their different base in different cities.

This new year family gathering was one of the memorable days in 2022 and I look forward for more happy meetings.
