Hi everyone!!

First of all I would like to thank the curators for this lovely concept.

Family is all what we need, when we are mostly in need. I know that nobody wants to stay away from there family, even for a second. From the morning bed tea to the evening gossip sessions and the late night good night kisses would be my biggest weakness of all times. Back then my family was only just 4 members. That was my father, my mother, my sister and me. But now we are even bigger. After my sister got married we became five. The fabulous five I would say.

Then last year, we had a little angel sent from above. And our family became stronger and bigger. This tiny human changed our whole lives. His morning smile would make our whole day a better one. His warm kisses, small bites and cute laughter are all over the house. I guess he created a whole new world for us. He made our daily boring routine a way more interesting one for sure.

As you can see our faces, and they say everything. So family is why we are here today and what we are by now. It's not only about love, but also about strength, blessing, hope, and many other combinations gathered together.

Sinhala & Tamil New Year 2021

My life would have been a different one, if I did not have these people around me. What would I do without these beautiful souls. I'm blessed over the moon for having my family around me whenever I need.

So, my advice to you will be just stick around the people you love and they will support you no matter what crisis you are in. Even when you grow up, the love will not change. In fact that's a gift right?
