Greetings to all the @steemfamily members and it friends. Its a privilege to be with you by this time of the day, to participate in this carrot drawing contest. Today happens to be my first time of taking part in this drawing contest, and I believe I'm welcomed by you all. Before I proceed, I want to appreciate this community for this contest. Its indeed a beautiful and amazing one.

The carrot, which is scientifically known as Daucus carota is a root vegetable, which can be found in different colours, ranging from yellow, white, orange, red, and purple.
Carrots are crunchy, tasty, and are considered very nutritious. They are a particularly rich in beta carotene, fiber, vitamin K1, potassium, and antioxidants. They are contain very little amount of fat and protein, but their water content ranges from 86 to 95%, while their edible portion consists of about 10% carbs.
