Тихий час - Quiet hour is a rather conditional concept. This is the time we refer to as the afternoon rest. In my case, it can be one hour or it can be three hours. I still don't understand what sometimes worries a little person. Sometimes I have to put her back to sleep several times while she is sleeping.
