Father's Day: Google Said It's 1910

The notice of persons celebrating father's day got me thinking deep. Although it has been celebrated every time since 1910, the buzz on this year's celebration drew my attention because unlike other years, I am a father to a baby who will turn 5months in ten days.

Coming from a family that is full of love and care for each other while having a little, my parents gave their best according to their circumstances to provide us with not just life necessities but a loving home.

As a result of the sacrifices my parents made, I have made a decision myself to be the best dad any child can wish for. I must say that in my less than 5months of fatherhood, my perspective of life has taken a new dimension and understanding.

I will say a hearty well-done to all the fathers out there working hard to carter for their family.
