First of all I would like to thank moderator @Uzma4882 for preparing such a valuable contest. Because these days we are suffering from the covid 19 epidemic and we do not eat at the shop. He eats things he cooks at home. So now I can cook a lot of food just like my mom. Enjoy our three main meal times as well as a variety of special dishes at tea time. So this opportunity is therefore very valuable to me.

So today I will explain to you how to prepare egg roll which is a special dish prepared for our tea time.

It took me about an one hour to do this.

Let us now see what are the required ingredients.

• Onion - 1
• Bread flour - table spoon 5
• Bread biscuit flour - table spoon 4
• Egg - 2
• Green leaves - table spoon 2
• Dried chilli powder - table spoon 1
• Chopped chilli powder - table spoon 2
• A little bit of turmeric powder
• A little bit of salt powder

OK. Let's see the steps to be taken,,,

~••. First, crush the chopped onion pieces by hand.

~••. Now add green leaves and then about 2 tablespoons of dried chilli powder, salt powder, turmeric powder and bread flour and mix well.

~••. Now add the remaining bread flour and about 2 tablespoons of water and mix until soft. Now break it into equal parts.

~••. Now we cut the two boiled eggs into small pieces.

~••. Rub a little coconut oil in your hand and thin the dough as shown below. Place a piece of egg in the middle and roll it to cover.

~••. Put the egg rolls prepared in this way in the fridge for about 20 minutes.

~••. Now wrap in bread biscuit flour. Heat a little coconut oil in a pan and when it is hot add the bread flour wrapped egg rolls in oil and fry till golden brown.

Now our egg roll is ready. Yummyyy😋😋
