For the record, the Devcoin windows wallet is cross-compiled from Linux to Windows. We need both, Linux and Windows users, to help with the build process and to test the executables Devcoind.exe and Devcoin-qt.exe.
First thing first, please let's focus on the build: https://github.com/devcoin/core/issues/80
