Learning a discipline that allows us to maintain the balance of body and thought is of great benefit to our health, because it will add wellness especially at this time when the world is going through a pandemic crisis.
This situation alters the lives of all people, many have manifested depression, loneliness and uncertainty due to isolation, fear and many times due to economic difficulties, faced with this scenario humanity trembles impressively and some immediate solutions must be sought for physical and mental health.
Practices such as yoga allow to address various dimensions, stylize the figure and allow deep reflection of thought, because they are moments dedicated to the expression of the body through relaxation. The ideal is that a professional directs us in yoga practices, today we can do it from our homes through virtuality, but it is important that we condition the place or preferably an open space to allow us to interact with our environment, this will allow us to stay healthy and rejuvenated to fight with the various difficulties, social isolation, sadness of not being able to embrace, legalized depression among others.
