Learn about fear as a normal and manageable feeling
Feeling fear sometimes is necessary especially in moments of survival, it is normal because our nature is emotional, feeling fear in front of assumptions or non-existent things makes us victims of contrary feelings.
But we must recognize that it can harm us, because fear can paralyze us and often leads us to depression, if it becomes constant and persists then it produces negative effects on our health, relationships, even from the labor and economic point of view.
Regarding this fear, especially for people who profess a religion, in the biblical texts is repeated many times as a command of God "Do not be afraid"; this is a teaching that the infinite cosmos of God has a clear message, we must hold on to faith, live confident and if the events warrant seek professional help.
From a personal approach, it is important to have an attitude of willingness to face our fears, take courage of our yearnings, embrace the love of our family, trust in the cosmos and try every day to be aware that we can be well.
It is also true that in the current pandemic situation sometimes fear can come to us, but we should not give it a place and much less keep it inside us, find ways to express ourselves, to relax and share will surely help us to overcome that feeling.
To learn from fear and control it we must have faith, courage and gratitude to wake up every day within the infinite love of existence in our Cosmos.
