If you blur the background as described here https://macpaw.com/how-to/blur-background-on-iphone you can create an interesting story. But the background needs clarity because the mountains and clouds should not be blurred by Gauss. I would add background blur to the foreground, clean the photo of noise and dirt. I guess the user isn't a pro, that's forgivable, but if it hurts you, you can offer your own processed version here as well.
