Princess Donuts, My Favorite Sweet treat

Hello Steem Friends,
Today I was making the famous princess donuts, mmmm my favorite treat. These days, a lot is cooked and cakes are prepared, because the holiday is May 1 and May 2. This holiday is called "Labor Day" or as some call it "May Day Dawn". For the holiday, state-owned companies do not work, many markets, private ones do.
This beautiful cake is very quick and easy to prepare.

You can prepare about 40 pieces in about 1 hour.
This cake is prepared in two parts. First, dough caps are made and then the famous vanilla filling is made, which is creamy. We’ve all learned that we need to respect the elderly, so this time too we don’t need to invent but as Grandma says.
Honestly, the baskets are easy to make, but the filling is more demanding and with a little practice you will get a great filling every time.

For these beautiful Princes Donuts you need:
250 ml of water
100 ml butter or margarine for cakes
100 g of flour
50g corn starch for cakes
1 baking powder
4 eggs

Donut preparation:
Put water and oil or cake margarine in the sherpa and wait for the water to heat up. While the water is heating, mix baking powder, flour, and thickener. When the water is heated, add a spoon by spoon of flour and stir with a wooden spoon. Since the dough will be thick and sticky, you need to knead it over moderate heat until the dough starts to separate from the sherpa. Wait for it to cool a bit and add the eggs and mix until everything is combined. We put the dough in a syringe and form a donut, you can also use a soup spoon to form donuts. Put baking paper in a baking tray and form a dough on it. Between the donuts, leave an empty space between them of about 2 cm, because the dough grows so that it does not stick to each other. In a preheated oven at 200 ° C, bake the donuts for about 15 minutes. The oven must not be opened during baking. Leave the baked donuts in the pan to cool.

This is what the dough should look like after baking.
Cream ingredients:
1 liter of milk
4 egg yolks
5 tablespoons sugar
2 bags of vanilla sugar
5 tablespoons flour
150 g butter

Cream:
For the cream, whisk the egg yolks with the sugar and flour, whisk with a little cold milk. Bring the rest of the milk to a boil, then pour in the egg yolk cream and cook until thickened. Remove the finished cream from the heat and add butter and vanilla sugar to the cooled one. Stir until the cream is smooth. Slice the cooled donuts, fill with cream and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
