OKRA SOUP

One of my most favourite midday meal. Cooked with organ meats, dried cod fish and lots of okra and leaf veggies. It's usually eaten with pounded yam or cassava flour dumpling (eba). It's a favourite among little kids who are in the mood for some grown up type of food because it's slimy and makes swallowing dumplings very easy and interesting. Bourn appetite 😋
