Hi @dobartim... This is quite an encouraging content.
But i would like to point out that the percentage of steemians who are ignorant of how the steem blockchain is far greater than the informed ones. The most attractive thing about steemit to many people is the payout... Yeah the payout!!
Many people post creative contents but yet falls unfruitful so they get frustrated because it's not paying.
It would be nice if we can have contents that would introduce how the blockchain works to newbies. For example, for some time i never new i can earn more by upvoting, i've always thought that my SP is insignificant and adds no value to anyone. It was recently i learnt from the steemitcryptoacademy that you loose a portion of your reward if you upvote within the first five minutes of a post or after 6days 12hours.
I guess what is needed the most is creating awareness of what keeps the community together as we promote.
