Not. It is not correct.
On the contrary: when the price STEM goes up, then the Author forgets that he is the author. Authors mutate into "miners": they compose trash for upvote.
Right now, when the price was high, Steem is not interesting to read

I dream when the price drops to 25 cents, or better - to 10 cents. The wave will wash away the dirt - dishonest crooks. Steam will return as a place for communication between people who respect each other.
The number of users is falling, the quality of posts is much better when all leaders control communities and users.
