It's a very good proposal @dobartim. I 100% percent agree with you. Once we promote steem and draw in more investors, the price of steem would rise. It's a win-win situation for both the promoter and the new investor.

Nowadays engagement here on steem is mostly based on challenges which should not be the case. But it tends to allow people to identify the type of writing that mostly suits them. A culture challenge will surely bring out tons of engagement.
