One cannot blame the leaders for the failure of public. People of India are careless and do not abide by the Hands Face Space rule of beating Covid. The rules are layed down and people should obey them. Many many people are even refusing the vaccine so what more can the govt. do. UK was in a similar situation few weeks ago but people obeyed the laid down rules and the vaccine drive has been successful as well. So it's down to an individual to look after himself.
