Todos hacen sus esfuerzos y damos lo mejor en nuestras publicaciones, pero la mayoría de ellas, prescindiendo si son o no buenas, no son leídas ni tomadas en cuenta.

Sentimos mucho ánimo, satisfacción y felicidad cuando vemos que una de nuestra publicaciones alcanzó un buen voto; y aunque sea pequeño, eso nos motiva a seguir escribiendo, pensando, participando, interactuando. Vemos nuestro esfuerzo recompensado, y es de mucho valor para nosotros.

Muchos dejan la plataforma, no siguen trabajando porque no ven el fruto de su esfuerzo. Claro algunos se desaniman demasiado rápido, porque no tienen paciencia, pero la persistencia es la clave.
Tenemos que seguir adelante, mejorando cada día y esforzándonos.

Cuando ganamos un concurso gritamos de alegría, no tanto por el dinero, sino por la satisfacción de sentir que hicimos algo bien y que alguién reconoció nuestro esfuerzo.

Aunque no ganemos concursos, ni tengamos recompensas, tan solo saber que leyeron nuestra publicación, y lo expresaron por medio de algún comentario, o por medio de un voto sin valor monetario, es un incentivo para nosotros.

Acostumbrémonos a leer las publicaciones de los demás y a comentar, tenemos que decirles que también estamos allí trabajando, hacernos notar.

Animo a todos los que lean esta publicación a que comenten y le den resteem para que muchos comenten y nos hagamos oír, y todos podamos interactuar y colocar nuestro granito de arena para que nuestras publicaciones sean visibles a muchos.

When effort is rewarded

Steemit is a platform of knowledge, because everyone shares their knowledge, their experiences, their achievements, their reflections, their anecdotes and, in short, a series of characteristics and elements that make up a compendium of teachings for each and every one of us. There is something for all levels and ages.

But also, at certain times, it is a source of discouragement and discouragement.
Everyone makes their efforts and we do our best in our publications, but most of them, regardless of whether they are good or not, are not read or taken into account.

We feel a lot of encouragement, satisfaction and happiness when we see that one of our publications got a good vote; and even if it is small, that motivates us to continue writing, thinking, participating, interacting. We see our effort rewarded, and it is of great value to us.

Many leave the platform, do not continue working because they do not see the fruit of their efforts. Of course some get discouraged too quickly, because they have no patience, but persistence is the key.
We have to keep going, improving every day and striving.

When we win a contest we scream with joy, not so much for the money, but for the satisfaction of feeling that we did something right and that someone recognized our effort.
